FAQs
Common questions.
Why fixed price?
Because you deserve to know what a website costs before you brief anyone. Retainers hide the total. Day rates hide the timeline. A fixed price says: this is what you’re buying, this is what it costs, this is when it launches.
What if my project genuinely doesn’t fit a pack?
We scope it on a call and quote you honestly. Bespoke work runs £5,000 to £15,000 typically. We’d rather quote you £7,500 than trick you into the £1,500 Growth pack and then bolt-on to £7,500.
Is VAT included?
No. All prices exclude VAT. VAT is added on the invoice if we’re VAT-registered at the time. If you’re VAT-registered you’ll reclaim it in your next return.
Do you need a deposit?
50 percent to start, 50 percent on launch. Both on Stripe (card) or bank transfer, whichever suits your accounts.
What if I need extra pages later?
£50 per extra page for a Starter or Growth, added at any time up to launch. After launch, use your Care plan minutes or quote by the half hour.
Payment terms?
50-50 as above. First invoice due on signed acceptance, second due on the day the site goes live. 14 days to pay. We don’t chase, but we don’t hand over the admin login until the second invoice clears.
