Your website needs the same quiet upkeep as a shopfront. Sweep the floor, change the light bulbs, keep the till working. We do that in the background so you don’t get an email at 8am telling you the site is down.
The care plan is optional. Not a lock-in. If you never want it, that is fine, we still built you a site that works. If you do want it, you can cancel any time and keep the site.

Common questions.
What does the Care plan actually cover?
Monthly WordPress core, plugin, and theme updates run in staging first. Weekly off-site backups to Amazon S3 (kept for 30 days). Uptime monitoring every 5 minutes. Malware scans nightly. Rank Math sitemap check monthly. And 30 minutes of small edits every month, rolled over up to 90 minutes.
What’s not covered (large redesigns, feature builds)?
Anything that would take more than 30 minutes, or that changes the design or functionality of the site. New pages, new features, WooCommerce products, integrations, redesigns. All quoted separately and honestly.
Can I cancel any month?
Yes. One email, cancelled the next 1st of the month. No 12-month tie, no cancellation fee, no attempt to keep you.
Do I get security scanning and backups?
Yes. Wordfence Premium malware scanning, brute-force login protection, WAF, and weekly full-site backups (files plus database) to Amazon S3. If the site gets hacked on our watch, we restore it, no extra charge.
What if the site goes down at 2am?
Uptime monitor pings us. If it’s a host issue we open a ticket with the host. If it’s a plugin issue we roll back the update. We aim to have it back inside two hours. On the Growth Care plan (£89 a month) that’s guaranteed.
How do I request a small change?
Email us. Include a screenshot or the page URL and what you want changed. Under 30 minutes and it’s free that month. Over 30 minutes and we quote you before starting.
